For those who were injured in an auto accident or in sports or around the home, exercise therapy is often one of the cornerstones of reducing pain, swelling and discomfort while restoring strength, balance, flexibility, mobility allowing you to return to normal daily activities and recreation. With exercise therapy, kinesiology will help patients restore function and endurance, and increase their energy levels. It is the recovery and strengthening of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissues that can help prevent re-injury later. Perfect for low back pain, neck and shoulder pain and dysfunction, sprained ankles, knee problems, joint replacements and much more. ICBC covers most or all of the fees for this service.
